I want to ask, how this template can I use? earlier I downloaded this template but I can not wear.

This template is a blogger template, so you need to have an blogger account on http://www.blogger.com/ and log in to your account > settings > layouts > Edit html > Browse > Upload "Personal-Blog.xml" click on Preview button to see it on blogger.com and then "save template"

I am having trouble with getting this template to exhibit older posts link or to exhibit older post page numbers page in the footer. It displayed correctly for awhile when I first started using the template, then stopped. I use Blogger and have done nothing to alter this from the original CSS. Any assistance or suggestions, would you email me, please?

This template is really classy. Initially, I never knew that there were beautiful google templates, and keep wondering how there is nochoice with google as per templates. But guys like you have now made it possible.
